VEIL Online - Book 1

Jace Burton is an average junior programmer at WorldCog, the creator of the world's most immersive virtual reality game: VEIL Online.  It’s a game like no other! With secret patented technology, you can have your consciousness and assets uploaded into your game character when you die.

But when Jace discovers some strange code at work, the next thing he knows he’s dead and inserted into the game.  The only problem is, he wasn’t inserted into his level 95 Vampyre Assassin character, but into the body of a monster instead.

Now, he must use his programming skills to get into a player body and then help himself and the others who have been affected by this bug – if it truly is a bug at all.
