I am Svetlana!A short fictional story about a woman involved in a hit and run accident. Janet is left unconscious and consequently suffers a head injury. She is carrying no identification with her at the time of the mishap but she is carrying a wedding veil in a plastic shopper bag. The story looks at some of the effects of a head injury and the human emotions and reactions of the patient, her helpers, the nursing staff and the attitudes of the driver who did not stop to help.
