In honor of his dead mother, Philip Beauston goes on a journey in his hometown of Harbor Springs, MI and learns a bit about himself and loss.This is the story of Philip Beauston, whose mother had passed the week before. In honor of her he walks from his house to Cross Village, MI and back again, something that he and his mother had always joked about but never followed through on. On this journey he learns a bit of the process of loss and how his life will never be the same.
