Whatever Ruby wants, Ruby gets.

Ruby Deardon has a plan.

Her laser focus helped her to become a successful cartoonist, and now it's going to help her reconnect with her soulmate, Sean Chaplin-- and become his blissfully wedded wife.

...But she has to find him first.

So she moves back to her old college town, but meets Jeremy first. She soon finds herself the apple of Jeremy's eye... and object of his obsession.

As for Sean? He still looks great, thank heavens, but he's loaded down with baggage, and she prefers to travel light.

...Amended plan. Ruby will fix Sean's life, and then they'll forever be Mr. & Mrs. Deliriously Happy.

Meanwhile, Jeremy's stalking progresses and the police are no help at all.
