He ran to it and found that it was George's pajamas, lying where he had apparently taken them off on going into the water.By this time, Jeanne was walking toward him a ways up the beach. Waving to her and running to meet her, seeing her running too, James met Jeanne quickly, imparting the information that George's pajamas were on the beach, and it looked as though he had gone swimming.
