Anna works a hard to support herself and her two children. But no matter how hard she works at her thankless job she can't make ends meet. Life really bears down on her and she faces losing her housing subsidy and being thrown into the cold hard streets of New York in the dead of winter until an old woman gives her children a gift unexpectedly. In a world that’s shattered, in a world that love has as much meaning as a dollar sing and as much passion as the dust on the shelf that holds the books for our future generations. Like those books, untouched, our minds go on through the daily life, used as little as possible to attain knowledge but obsess with the material greed that is spreading like a wildfire. It is in such a world, covered by fog that the poet tries to show what life is without pain. A gray dot, without pain, love and thoughts our lives are just meaningless. I shall introduce you into my world shortly after you read the quotes that inspired me while writing this book. First of all I shall quote Jim Morrison :"If my poetry aims to achieve anything, it's to deliver people from the limited ways in which they see and feel."The next one would be from my idol, a man whom I look up to when it’s time to spend countless wakeful nights writing poetry. T.S. Eliot :"The progress of an artist is a continual self-sacrifice, a continual extinction of personality."With this being read, I open the doors for you to enter my world. Welcome.
