ATLAN knew it would be senseless to take command of the 10,000 robotships which were presently under control of their separate positronicons. Even on the flagship itself he had left the navigation to the auto-pilot system.  Atlan, the ancient but ever-youthful Admiral, did not intend to attack without warning. The fleet was an ultimate threat and RHODAN would understand it as such.  Soon the Moment of Truth would come for-- The Emperor And The Monster!
