The Dead King

When a large metal box washes ashore after a hurricane, Jeni Arnold’s construction crew has no idea what to make of the dead guy inside.



Who put the poor man in there? Was it murder or something else? All questions for the police to solve. Unfortunately, their hands are full, dealing with the hurricane’s fallout.



Then Jeni is attacked leaving work. She knows the perpetrator, but not the mysterious man who stops him dead. All she knows is that his otherworldly beauty and piercing blue eyes haunt her.



But Jeni is about to learn that her rescue comes with a price.
