Neil is a typical high school freshman. He follows the rules and hangs out with his friends. Neil also has a bully problem. Dennis is a senior with some anger issues. Dennis likes to make Neil's life hellish. When Dennis gets into some trouble of his own, it's up to Neil to help him out.
