Hurricane Legacy

Tom Stroud, an aircraft enthusiast, with a contingent of mercenary Russian soldiers, recovers a World War 2 Hurricane fighter from the bottom of a lake in Karelia where it crashed when shot down in 1943. Tom finds a medallion originally struck by the Templars in the 13th Century in the cockpit, obviously the not-so lucky charm of the unfortunate pilot. The medallion is a 'key', though to what exactly he doesn’t know. Tom, deputised by the British Government and partnered with Claire, a Detective Inspector from the Royal Protection arm of the security services, sets off on a hunt around Europe in a quest to discover the final hiding place of the Templar’s fabled treasure. They are not, however, the only interested parties. A Russian oligarch, claiming heritage from the pilot and the original Templars, believes the treasure is his, as do the modern incarnation of the Templars themselves.
