Contractors in the Denver area are being murdered and the Revengers are taking credit for them. As the murders pile up, the public and the press start suspecting that Bob Jackson, The Consumer Champion, is behind the murders. Homicide detective Jake Stein is baffled by murder scenes with almost no clues and his department is getting pressured to solve the case.
